A., new Custom House, St. James Cathedral and St. Albans Cathedral, Toronto. In religion Mr. Mowbray is an Episcopalian. He belongs to the Masonic Brotherhood and to the Ontario Society of Artists. He has been twice married—first, in IS44, to Eliza Bain, who died in iS54, and again to E. Oakley, of Manchester.
