Death of Two On January 21st, 1914, Lord Strathcona, Builders of who, for nearly eighteen years, had been the Dominion. Canadian High Commissioner in London,
passed away at the great age of ninety-three. Rather less than two years later (in October, 1915), there died, at his home in Kent, a former High Commissioner, Sir Charles Tupper. He had passed his 94th birthday and was the last survivor of the " Fathers of Confederation."
